Progress not perfection

I find it interesting how often I hear people, myself included, say they are too busy to exercise, or too busy to commit to that hobby or go after that business idea they’ve been lingering on.

Yesterday I would have made the excuse I was too busy to write my daily blog. This would be the first day since I started this creative challenge. And to say I was too busy, whilst feels true, would also be an excuse.

There were plenty of moments I could have made time.

It is always a matter of priorities. While I am disappointed in myself, I am going to continue this process.

Progress not perfection is my mantra at this stage of life.
