Garage Project - Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

This beer marked a special Limited Release and was the very first in the Garage Gold Series. Five years in the making, it was brewed using a generous dose of a hop variety that Garage Project helped develop from the ground up—guiding it from seedling selection and field trials through to sensory evaluation and, finally, into the glass.

To bring the name “Good Things Come to Those Who Wait” to life, I incorporated the title into the illustration as a weathered stone sculpture, resting within a vibrant underwater scene. The environment features some of Garage Project’s own characters, along with hidden easter eggs that reward a closer look—echoing the beer’s message of patience.

Throughout the artwork, you’ll find references to the Mayan civilisation, known for their intricate timekeeping systems and obsession with the passage of time. This connection reinforces the theme of patience and hints at the idea that perhaps even this ancient culture foresaw the arrival of this long-awaited brew and its creators.
